Cookie Policy

Principles of operation.

Oczywiście — oto tłumaczenie Twojego tekstu na **język angielski** (z zachowaniem formalnego, prawniczego stylu właściwego dla polityki cookies):

  1. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
  1. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for use on the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  1. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and gaining access to them is the operator of the Website.
  1. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  1. to adapt the content of the Website’s pages to the User’s preferences and to optimize the use of the Website; in particular, these files allow the User’s device to be recognized and the website displayed accordingly, adjusted to their individual needs;
  2. to create statistics that help understand how Users use the Website, which enables improving its structure and content;
  3. to maintain the User’s session on the Website (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website.
  1. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the browser. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the User.
  1. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
  1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Website;
  2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. to detect misuse related to authentication within the Website;
  3. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about how the Website’s pages are used;
  4. “functional” cookies, allowing “remembering” selected User settings and personalization of the User interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language, region, font size, or website appearance;
  5. “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content more suited to the User’s interests.
  1. In many cases, web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may, in particular, be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User each time cookies are placed on their device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the browser’s settings.
  1. The Website Operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.
  1. Cookies placed on the User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website Operator.
